Diversity Statement

Ingram’s Cleaning Service is a full cleaning company that hires and trains persons who are physically or mentally challenged. We believe in the main streaming approaches which hides identity of person who happens to be challenged. This process allows them to observe and be taught on the job without bringing undo attention to themselves.

Personally, I could request to be certified as a minority company because of my Native American Indian linage. I have chosen not to do this because our mission is to prove that companies who hire persons who are challenged can and are profitable without special status or government funding.

We work closely with Allegheny East and they have hired some of our employees we have trained.
